If on firefox, get chatzilla. One click of a button, one browser restart, one click on the link for the IRC and bam, you're in.

If you look in the OP, you can find a link so you don't have to install anything!
(It's the mibbit link)

Collecting some discussion:

I think some of the things we discuss in the chat such as plans for warp should be recorded somewhere. Its kinda hard and a bit tedious to remember to paste everything.
$1 = 100¢ = (10¢)^2 = ($0.10)^2 = $0.01 = 1¢ [1]

In my opinion, chat is chat. What is in chat, should stay in chat.
I believe if somebody thinks their (or somebody elses) suggestion(s) or statement(s) are/is noteworthy, they should post in the suggestions thread for the game they are talking about.
That'd probably make it a lot less tedious for you, if people did that, ARP. :)

I have to agree with wtg. Don't bother with that: there's a difference between chatting and forum threads. It's much more interesting to witness the conversation as it's going than seeing it all at once.

EDIT:Actually, never mind. I just realized I can read past where I left. I didn't know wtg had steam! And KSP! And the KMP mod!

Just bumping this post for a couple of reasons. First of all, reminding people this IRC exists, and I'm all alone there! Also, this thread is how I get to it, and it helps to have it near the top. Speaking of which, Andy, feel free to sticky it!

I still can't help but feel like it's often too empty. Also I may or may not be posting here merely for my own selfish purposes of it's lonely in here with an AFK wtg.

Haha, I'm usually AFK because it's empty.
Plus mIRC doesn't really offer me any attention-getter for highlights in chat that isn't annoying besides flashing the window.
(So the rare moment where I do get a message, I usually miss it)
