Some thoughts I wrote a few days ago:
I JUST BEAT FIGHT THE MASSES WITHOUT TOUCHING THE CONTROLS
WOOOOOOOOAH
I mean, I always expected the buttons to all activate, but thought that winning the level would take too long. Turns out it's possible!
---
Also fighting against the drugs is totally possible - just
keep to the non-colored squares, and go down-left.
---
Beat Pinky Promises, though the first part was mainly glitchy luck.
More musings:
Life Metaphor:
Easiest run is when the electron gun gives you two muons. (Bond with the atom after one.) You can easily pull the outer atom down.
Remote Control Again?!:
I'm not sure if this is the intended solution, but you can run inside the goal-cave-area really fast once you get an electron, and get some of the protons out until you can get to the star. Seems like it doesn't utilize the mechanism thingy on the top-right.
A-maze-ing:
That was a quite an interesting puzzle.
Watch your timing? Oh, ok, that electron gun. Got it.
K, got the lasers and bonded to the atom. Hit the buttons, now what? The thing inside the tunnel is neutral and too large.
I literally did an experiment with the level editor at this part to verify what I was doing. Turns out that this level and my Lottery use similar mechanisms, which itself was surprisingly isotropic.
Not realistic, but awesomely creative.
Prison break:
Not actually hard if you know what you're doing, but sometimes the atoms you're supposed to use don't come out of their rows ("cells"?). I agree with the CaSTL guy, but it's not that easy. Anything with a lot of chaotic atoms should be at least 4p. Hard to stay where you want (off the spikes).
I've beaten the entire first page, and pretty much the second (just missing a few of the later ones). Of the 5p, Glitch and Into the Abyss I have yet to beat. I need to hit the button? I don't know how to reach it.
Random thought. Some of these levels are definitely puzzle levels (Doing it right, A-maze-ing), while some are skill (Survival, Fight the Masses). Some are both (Fighting against the Drugs? Has both a "what do I do" and "how do I do it" part. Also definitely Poolest Level.). So how about some labels/tags for the levels, Puzzle, Skill, Both, in addition to difficulty?
Edit: Or even something like Fighting against the Drugs is 2p puzzle, 5p skill, Poolest Level is 4p puzzle, 2p skill. A-maze-ing 5p puzzle, 2p skill. (not necessarily correct, but close.) But this gets complicated, so a Puzzle/Skill/Both focus might be easier/better.
