Terrell Rotation

So I've heard about a thing called Terrell Rotation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrell_rotation), but I don't see it manifested in Velocity Raptor.
1. Is it not applicable here?
2. Is it there, but too subtle to see?
3. Does it manifest in a way I'm not understanding?
4. Something else?

4. The game starts off in a 'measured' view, which leaves out the Terrell Rotation at the beginning. This keeps it a bit simpler, and also matches with how relativity is often discussed (length contraction, etc). This ignores the travel time for light to reach your eye.

At level 25, I add the travel time for photons in for the 'seen' view and everything really gets trippy. That's when you start seeing things like Terrell Rotations.
