I'm not Andy, but I'm pretty sure it's yes, no. The code for quarks hasn't been written (in this version), so you'd have to get it from somewhere (the app store), and updates usually just update the main application, not the data. (Just like most other games; Has your AHO or VR data cleared after the addition of the player levels or level editor?)
