Shocktopus Steam Release Thread

Huh - I mentioned Greenlight on here, but never got around to talking about the Steam release, *so* for those of you
-On the forums
-Not following the blog
-Not reading my Twitter
(Which must be someone, right?)
The Electric Shocktopus is
coming out on Steam next week,
Nov 30th.
Also, if you have the game through the Humble Widget, and would like to get it on Steam, just let me know, I'll throw a Steam key your way. It has achievements, trading cards, etc if you're into that kinda thing

That's not the right page (maybe that's for redeeming a cash gift card? I guess?)
To redeem a key, from what I understand, you need to open up your Steam client (can't do it through the browser to my knowledge), and then in the lower right hit the "+ ADD A GAME" button. Then select "activate a product on steam", and follow the instructions there for redeeming your code.

Yes, the redemption must be done through the desktop client, not the website. I found the "ADD A GAME" button in the lower left corner, though.
